Refund Policy

At Harmova, we offer high-quality dietary supplements. In accordance with European regulations, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as a commercial guarantee specific to Harmova.


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN COMPLIANCE)

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to provide any reason.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


2. HARMOVA COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE

In addition to your right of withdrawal, Harmova offers a “Satisfied or Your Money Back” commercial guarantee, valid for 30 days following receipt of the product.
We will refund 50% of the product price, whether the product has been used or not.

This guarantee is limited to one refund request per customer.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened and consumed products are only eligible for a 50% refund under our commercial guarantee.
Promotional or discounted products are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven defect.


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

We will provide the return address by email.

The return package must include:

  • The returned item

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, the refund (full or partial) will be issued within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Contact us if the refund does not appear after 14 business days

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos as evidence at contact@myharmova.com.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
